TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to your use of www.silentfarmdream.co.uk and to purchases made from Silent Farm Dream.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms should be read alongside our Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. PRODUCTS

Silent Farm Dream supplies 3D-printed toolbox accessories, storage solutions, organisers, mounts and other related products.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and compatibility information are accurate.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, products may show minor layer lines, texture differences or small cosmetic variations. Colours may also vary slightly between production batches or from how they appear on different screens. These characteristics are normal provided that the product remains of satisfactory quality, fit for its stated purpose and as described.

Only the items specifically described in the product listing are included. Tools, toolboxes, batteries and other equipment shown in photographs for demonstration purposes are not included unless expressly stated.

1. COMPATIBILITY & THIRD-PARTY BRANDS

Many of our products are designed to be compatible with products made by third-party manufacturers, including brands such as DeWalt, Milwaukee, Makita, Festool, ToughBuilt and Stanley.

References to brand names, trademarks and product names are used solely to describe product compatibility.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Silent Farm Dream products are independently manufactured compatible accessories and are not official products of, affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the respective manufacturers.

All third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

Please check the compatibility information in the product description before ordering. If we have incorrectly described a product or its compatibility, your statutory rights are unaffected.

1. PRODUCT USE & SAFETY

Products should only be used for their intended purpose as described in the relevant product listing.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, our products are not designed to be safety equipment, personal protective equipment, structural or load-bearing components, electrical safety components or replacements for manufacturer safety equipment.

Customers should ensure products are correctly installed and used in accordance with the product description and the instructions of the relevant tool or equipment manufacturer.

To the extent permitted by law, Silent Farm Dream cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modification, use with incompatible equipment or use outside the product's intended purpose.

This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.

1. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch of the goods.

We reserve the right to decline an order before acceptance where, for example, an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, we cannot deliver to the supplied address or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot accept, the payment will be refunded.

1. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown as required before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. If an obvious pricing error is identified before an order has been accepted, we will contact you before proceeding.

1. DELIVERY

Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where applicable.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery dates are estimates unless we have specifically agreed a guaranteed delivery date with you.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by UK consumer law.

Please ensure your delivery information is complete and accurate when placing your order.

If an order is returned to us because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we may charge reasonable additional postage costs to resend the order.

1. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Silent Farm Dream offers a 30-day return policy in addition to your statutory rights.

UK consumers also have a statutory right to cancel most qualifying online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. After notifying us of cancellation, the goods should normally be returned within a further 14 days.

For eligible non-faulty or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We will provide a return label and the cost of the return may be deducted from the refund.

Where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described, we will provide a prepaid return label where appropriate at no cost to the customer.

Custom-made or personalised products may not qualify for change-of-mind cancellation rights. This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

1. FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

Goods supplied by Silent Farm Dream must meet the requirements of applicable UK consumer law.

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at silent.farm.dream@gmail.com.

Where possible, please include your order number, details of the issue and photographs so we can resolve the matter quickly.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.

1. DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS

Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to specific conditions, including expiry dates, minimum order values or restrictions on particular products.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be used together with another promotional code.

We may withdraw or amend a promotion before an order is placed. This will not affect orders that have already been accepted using a valid promotion.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content of the Silent Farm Dream website, including our product photographs, text, graphics, branding and product designs, is owned by or licensed to Silent Farm Dream unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of any associated intellectual property, digital design, CAD file or 3D-printing file.

Our designs and website content must not be copied, reproduced, manufactured or commercially distributed without permission where protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

1. WEBSITE USE

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, interfere with the operation of the website or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of another person.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or technical reasons.

1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website may use services provided by third parties, including payment providers, delivery companies and Shopify.

Some third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that are outside our reasonable control, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

1. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill where required by law.

We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse of a product, use outside its stated purpose, unauthorised modification or failure to follow relevant installation or usage instructions where the loss was not caused by a defect in the product.

Nothing in this section restricts your statutory consumer rights.

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information submitted through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our business, website or applicable law.

Any changes will apply to future use of the website and future purchases. Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms of an order that has already been accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.

1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protections applicable to you and nothing in these terms limits your right to bring proceedings before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
